this may be slightly modified but i like it better this way.
take a look at the link for more info anyway, but i reckon this is whats gonna give me the best results as i have used this exact same format in the past.
And yeah, it is a lot of squattin, takes its toll like. but plenty of rest and food and epi lol should be grand. wont be doin it for more than 8-10 weeks i reckon.
lookin forward to tomorrow to get my heavy sets up though, got to love low reps and heavier weights!
oh yeah! and thinkin of addin in cissus drol, into pct, whats anyones thoughts on this? think it would be a good addiction? Im not an overly big fan on these kinds of supplements.. tend to go more for the basic straight forward things...? dont know much about cissus drol but everyone seems to think its great!
