Your very lean mate so you can afford to throw in one or 2 chest meals each day imo - this brings me to my next point do they have kfc and maccy d's out there lol! You backs a little unbalanced nothing really to worry about probly been developed that way due to your rowing tecnique.

dyskee yup scottie iam a muslim. :D weight is up 1 kilo from yesterday , couldn't stop laughing must be the lasagnia :D hehehe Is that a "yes I am partaking in the Ramadan"? If so, how are you planning on eating, sleeping and training during the month of Ramadan? I would find it a massive pain in the ass and would really struggle with this I reckon.

Good journal - all the best with it... :-) That's some routine you have - you must have some endurance.... I doubt I'd be able to finish it if I just did 5 sets of squats, 5 sets of benching and 5 sets of deadlifts!! LA

Im thinking of at least another year. Want to get to about 85ish KG before thinking about it. I'll see what I feel like next year around this time. If I do then it'l probably just be a short 4 week cycle or possibly 8 weeks. I am thinking of doing a 4 week cycle of cissus-drol next year around april just to see how my body reacts to pro-hormones.

Yeah thats what I thought. Can't believe how AAS are legal in some countries. Lucky you! I don't even go to the gym so finding a source for me when I eventually want to start using is gonna be hard :(. So your not even allowed to drink water during the day? :S

I'm sure I read somewhere (correct me if I'm wrong) but I thought it was counter-productive to spend more than 45-50 min working out. Maybe that was only applicable to bulking. Might be worth asking the question in one of the forums and let the pros answer.
