yesterday's workout: deads: 50kgX15 , 60kgX5 ,75kgX5 , 90kgX4 clean & press: 25kgX5 ,30kgX5 ,40kgX5 ,45kgX3 dips: 3X12 bw pulldowns: 3X 90-120lbs very high reps didn't count but i was on fire. notes: i was supposed to do mil presses alone and power cleans alone, but i finished my classes 5:15pm and the bus was going to leave at 6pm so i squeezed the workout till 5:45pm took a shower and was in the bus @ 5:56pm. "when there's a will there's a way" the past 2 weeks diet: brekkie: 6 whole eggs scrambeled + big bowl of meusli or oats with honey milk and cinammon. mid day: 3 medium roast beef sandwiches washed down with 500ml chocolate milk. lunch: 2 beans sandwiches washed down with 500ml vanilla milk dinner at home finally: 2 steaks rice and anytype of veggie. latenight diner: same as the meal before. the diet doesn't change much for instance todat i had a steak sandwich a chicken sandwich w/ a little mayo for mid day. and tuna for the lunch. i make the sandwiches the day before and just pack them and i buy the flavoured milk from the cafeteria. iam loooking thick

Diet is ok - but I would replace the flavoured milk with normal milk if that is an option mate?? I'm guessing the flavoured milk will have more sugar in it ;)

thnx goat, i asked the guys who did 5X5 and they told me that the template makes me start lower than my best lifts to compensate and then i start increasing untill i surpass my previous records. i'll just see how it goes. ya bud i changed it because iam rowing 4days a week now so i switched to a lower volume to preserve and add mass

lol , rowing is ****ing killing me and iam losing weight with this routine am doing volume is too low , i found a simillar routine with more sets, and i'll have to add like an extra 1000cals to aid with the weight loss. as for studying i have midterms in 12 days so i am pretty much ****ed

Sounds like things arent going the greatest... Gonna be a bitch to fit in another 1000cals when you've already got limited free time. Try drinking a couple of pints of milk during the day. Quick easy calories. What are you studying at uni anyway?

well i flunked a little bit today at the calculus exam. and did well at the management , deutsch and english exams the other days. tomorrow is the last exam financial accounting. after the workout today i was talking to my coach who said that heavy lifting has taken its toll on my elbows and knees especially my knees so he said iam going to do higher reps for a while 10-15 reps he has a couple of reasons: 1) my joints and tendons will heal 2) my body will face a new stimulus=new muscle growth 3)i will prime my body to heavy weights -thats where i got lost- he said by lifting a load i could normally do for 10 reps for 15 reps i will be able to lift heavier later. 4) MY PERSONAL FAVOURITE: i'm doin HIGH VOLUME BOYS yayyyy , bodypart split , if i can start on friday i will if not i will rest till sunday and start we'll see.
