that numptee davis took him out just before half time, went to hospital on crutches, still with a cup game mid week and hull at home on the weekend we should be ok without him.

i agree with redman.. most of the spaniards would go.. doubt torres would yet tho.. i think he genuinly loves the club and wants to prove himself here.. but as for reina, arbeloa and alonso.. i could see them walkin too!! i think a change of ownership would bring good things with it for us.. more money.. means we can clear out even more deadwood and replace with genuine qulaity and not the kind of 'quality' that kuyt has...

Hopefully all four sides are still in the mix coming into the last 4/5 games(Arsenal top obviously:) ), looking forward to tomorrows game now, I can only see a Chelsea win IMO.

I like you Scolari tore into the players today apparently - after 10 minutes of training they were making the same mistakes they did against Bordeaux. I can see Ronaldo starting because he brought United to life against Villareal on Wednesday. Although i think if Drogba and/or Anelka start then Jonny Evans could well be exploited. Hopefully Ballack is fit as well, a midfield of Mikel Lampard Ballack with Joey & Deco supporting the Drogster up front will be a yummy sight.

Liverpool have to beat teams like Stoke if they want to be there at the end of the season.Makes last weeks result irrelevant really. I think they should play Torres alone up front like last season. He thrives playing that way.Keane is not adding anything to Liverpool.

althoi t was a very poor result for liverpool its not like they didnt create the chances to score which would have been more concerning, and they had 1 perfectly fine goal ruled out, was just one of those days, evry team will have 1 in the season.

Not to worry - he was playing in centre mid and Ballack is replacing him. Hardly a poor replacement

Poor first half from us. Anelka has been almost invisible. I do think we'll see Drog come on for this half.

fraser Man u not gelling very well. Berbatov is a turd Signing Berbatov may have been a bad move if Ferguson insists on playing Rooney every game. Can't play him,Rooney and Tevez together. If Berbatov plays i would drop Rooney and play him with Tevez.Tevez is a far superior player to Rooney.Rooney is the most overrated player in the Premiership.Rooney is said to be 'world class',but i judge a player as world class by his club and international record. And Rooney's international record is abysmal, where Berbatov's is superb.

Ferguson has a bit of mis mash on his hands now, didn't buy the wisely imo.. Rooney's international form isn't always down to him imo, tis all about how the team fits together. 1-1 now, hopefully ends like this :)

Beautiful result :) utd poor, chelsea better but not great either, utd where there for the taking again imo. Bosingwa is such a poor crosser of the ball. Riley with some awful decisions booked utd far to easiely. Anelka isnt a great player not good enough for chelsea, i can see him being sold at the end of the season. Imo tevez should of played a part in this game.

Fair result imo, shame our best players so far (Deco & Carvalho) weren't fully available. Kalou showed why he should be starting ahead of Malouda, who was utter tripe, again, whilst Ronaldo showed he doesn't like to go into his own half of the pitch. Mike Reilly had a blinder, stopping every attacking passage of play. Lucky he called time when he did else Rio could've been sent off, Neville could've gone for that challenge on Ballack too.

Icemansoldier Beautiful result :) utd poor, chelsea better but not great either, utd where there for the taking again imo. Bosingwa is such a poor crosser of the ball. Chelsea played a good game considering our most creative player was missing, as well as others not being at full fitness. Did you not see Bosingwa's crossing midweek? He was pinging them in all day long, the difference this time was he was being doubled up on by Haregreaves and and Evra. The beautiful result of the weekend was Liverpool being held by Stoke, they will not win the league if they can't beat promoted opposition at home.

Na i didnt see him midweek, but he was quite bad today against a better side, bordeux arent great lets be honest. I dont think we will win the league anyway not if rafa keeps starting kuyt on the wing. Anything but a utd win was good for lpool today as we can keep plugging away for 2nd spot if not 2nd, 3rd spot at least. If we end up 4th its a bad season.

fraser arsenal for the league You have a good chance this season mate.Arsenal are looking very good.Arsene Wenger is probably the best manager when it comes to the transfer market.Always buys wiseley and plucks these unknown players and turns them into class players. Ferguson has bought some duffers over the last few years.Chelsea pay well over the odds for their players.Anelka is not a top 4 striker anymore. They need to get rid of him.

Ina few of the papers today so dont know how much truth there is in it. :- , Ramos has told friends he is on the brink of walking out as he is homesick, would he still be homesick if spurs were sitting in the top 6?? Cant see him walking tho as then they dont get a payoff??

galenkia You have a good chance this season mate. Definitely. Lacked consistency past few seasons, and the squads still a work in progress so any trophy this year would be a big achievement imo. I can see where Wenger's coming from when it comes to transfers, some massive money being spent in the league now with very little to show for it, better players don't necessarily improve how the team plays; it's a case of fitting the right players around the right players and that's what he's doing

we had this last season tho, coasting the league until feb, then it took a turn for the worse, hopefully with a years more experiance we will go all the way this year, i was very dissapointed we failed to sign a centre mid before the deadline, but am now quite confident we will be able to compete with utd and chelsea for the title, and with players like rosicky, eduardo and silvestre to come back from long term injuries we should have the cover.

I like Eduardo,he is a brilliant player.I only hope he can overcome the mental trauma of his injury. The first tackle on him will be crucial. Will he be able to deal with the tough tackles of the English game?.He has to be mentally strong to deal with this problem.

Man Utd cheating fouling scumbags, proved once again, 6 yellows and what should have been a red. VERY suspicious full time being blown when Droggers was fouled outside the box. MAN CITY 6 - 0 PORTSMOUTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
