Hi Katie....don`t no alot about t3 or 4 but with regard to t5 alot of people use them as pre workout stimulants...also i wouldn`t buy anything like this off ebay if i was you...hard to know exactly what is in them etc. You should be able to purchase them at most hardcore gyms.....

To be honest you would be better off with getting diet and cardio sorted then maybe add in sidacorfolia which is proberly the best off the shelf "fat burner" there is.

Good luck

The suplement you're taking has no similarity to t3 and t4, other than name. t3 and t4 are very effective weight loss drugs, but are also very dangerous when used incorrectly.

t3 and t4 are both produced by the Thyroid. t3 is the active substance which produces a metabolism raising effect and t4 (the most produced thyroid hormone) is converted to t3 inside the body.

If you don't understand how t3/4 work then it would be best to steer clear as major complications could occur with miss-use.

In the pills, I believe it is an ECA stack (ephedrine, caffeine aspirin), although it should have the ingredients on the tub, post them up here.
I assume this is on top of a good diet with plenty of cardio?

As above T5 contain ephedrine.

HOWEVER, ebay is notorious for sellers calling their sh1te products anything. It wouldn't surprise me if a seller called a product DNP and it actually contained rat cr@p. Please provide a link to your ebay purchase and we can confirm exactly what you have got.

Incidentally, DNP (2, 4-Dinitrophenol) is used as a toxic dye, used in insecticides, and explosives. It is used in bbing circles as a highly effective fat burner. It achieves this by being a oxidative phosphorylation "uncoupler".

Oxidative Phosphorylation refers to the process of conversion of ADP (adenosine diphosphate) into ATP (adenosine triphosphate) within the mitochondria.  ATP is required by our muscles for training. DNP interferes with this process of conversion thus making the mitochondria work much harder to make up the shortfall, and in the process metabolism is vastly increased. Extreme weight loss results.

High body temperatures and sweats are common. This is a very serious compound that must be considered with extreme caution. Death can result from getting it wrong.

t5's are basically an ECA stack as fatboyginger says

t3 and t4 can fook you up as clandestine says

with t5's your body can build tolerances, im not sure what a dress size drop looks like but it sounds liek you may be at a junction whereby you can either....

up the cardio
or
lower the food
or
both

unfortunately taking a load of t5's doesnt get you thin

I can't be bothered to point out all his spelling mistakes in his ad, quite illiterate.

At no point on his listing does he mention the work EPHEDRINE. So any unsuspecting buyer who does not really know what T5s are, are buying something they have no idea or knowledge about.

Disgraceful, these shonksters annoy me on Ebay.

Very overpriced too.

Report him on ebay as eph is banned in the uk

For clarification
t4 - is thyroxine - a hormone produced by the thyroid gland.
For those who have limited to no production from their own thyroid synthetic versions are available eg levothyroxine.
If abused your own thyroid can cease production leaving needing the drug for life

t3 is triiodothyronine which is produced by the enzymatic conversion of t4. It is much more metabolically active than t4 but there is much less circulating.
It is available a drug too - but it inhibits the production of TSH - thyroid stimulating hormone and thus t4, and has the poteintial to alter thyroid production permanently.

I dont know of any cases of eph deaths caused by taking a sensible dose, I only heard of fatalities caused by overuse in people with heart problems (and the one I read the idiot knew he had a heart problem two - american idiot if ever there was one!)

Aspirin has caused an allergic reaction in children tho - in a super rare condition.

paracetamol only fatal in large doses

Eph is actually one of the safest drugs there is - compare it to a MAOI for example :)

oh god im so confused! Theres a gym near me i can get them from but they too are £38 for 60, they come i an unsealed white plastic (like big paracetamol) tub. im pretty scared about the eph thing as i was watching ricky lake the other day and it was all about eph and what its done to people, can anyone recommend a good slimming pill which supresses appetite and burns fat, available legally on the highstreet, a safe one!
sorry to be so stupid but my friend was taking them t5's and the weight dropped off her it was just too tempting!

I recommend forgetting about slimming pills and just focussing on the nuts and bolt of losing unwanted weight :)

Its not about what happens for other people - its about you.
What your friend did with the t5s is what worked - i would suggests if you took the t5s away it was the rest that did the trick :)

Are you 100% that it did not say "Sudo-Ephedrine" ?? (or the correct spelling: pseudoephedrine)

(Click Pseudoephedrine for a more in-depth look at pseudoephedrine and its uses, effects, and potential drug interactions. You can also click on the various links in the box to the right to access specific topics on pseudoephedrine.)

I have just bought them fromsite below, not sure how they will work, but I will  do a work out with them. I know it is not the right way to do it, but I havwe tried all diets, years ago my doctor prescribed me tagamat, I think it is called Mazindol today, but think it is not wise at my age, but I lost all the weight I needed to and felt so healthy for it, I then started to go to gym when I finished taking them. but over the years I have gained again, and find it dificult to shake the weight off, wish I had the money for a personal trainer as I know that would be best, but I will give these a try and tell you  if they make me ill or help me lose the weight. I will try anything  if it helps, but I will also use precausion.

As far as I was aware the above are not Eph HCL and are a herbal equivilent!!

With a view to the original post, if you can not be sure what you are buying in these stakes I would personally just focus on Diet and Training. In addition the mods can proberly confirm but Eph only increases motabilism by something like 3-4% as far as I am aware??

i was juat wondering whats the difference between t3,s t4's and t5's? ive been taking some t5's off ebay for 3  weeks now and dropped a dress size but this past week i havent lost anything? havent changed anything either? any advice? also whats in the pills? and would any others be better?

cheers, katie x

hi katie, my friend is a body builder and he was telling me about t5, i didn't understand alot of what he meant but basically he puts alot of different drugs into his body and t5 is on his list of what to stay away from. he takes t4 but like 1 tiny tablet he will cut into 8 pieces, 1 bit a day, that how strict he is with this drug becuase it can mess you up. also he says it burns muscle up to so when he takes it then its in conjuction with some sort of anobolic as the t4 is a catoblic..as for other slimming pills to suppress your appetite, how about reading some books on your G.I index basically its all about eating the right foods with a low G.I rating which in turn suppress your appetite. go to amazon book store you can pick up cheap books for a couple of quid, and 1 other thing....don't watch ricky lake!

Hi

I'm Reading this thread and finding it all a bit confusing if Epherdrine is illegal now why are there still people selling T5's my friend brought something called Forza Body Delux from a company called T5Weightloss and has had good results.  So i did some reseach on the site and found that they seem to be T5's they have what they call HCL blend in them is this another term for Epherdrine.

Any help would be really apreciative.

My Mrs has started taking some pills called Hergic, from China. They seem to be well packaged (in foil) and the ingredients as far as i can make out are all Chinese herb extracts. It claims to speed up metabolism and cut appetite, and i think they were about 8 quid for 30.
Straight away her appetite was alot less (her meals werent terribly big anyway), and she stopped craving sweets and stuff.
So far in 4 weeks she has lost over a stone in weight (she's quite overweight anyway aroung 16 stone i guess) which is all well and good, but she is not eating very much at all during the day, and not a full portion at evening meal either. I've tried to explain how she needs to fuel herself properly and get plenty of protein, and that she's gonna lose muscle mass as well as fat but she's not having any of it so gonna let her get on with it.

Anyway, to the OP, i think pills have their place, but not instead of a good diet and exercise regime. If you really do need help suppressing appetite and have no willpower then maybe something like above is more worth a go.

katie, have you tried USN's exdrena cut? you can get them from argos and i think tesco's also sells some usn products, and although they arent as strong as eph or t5's they are a lot safer, should try them and see if they help before taking the illegal one's.
