Just thought I'd post a quick message here for James, or one of his associates to see whether this online package is still available.

Cheers

Chris

Thanks for the email.

Yes, the package is still available.

You complete a questionnaire, I then devise a personalised tailored meal plan and email it to you.  Plus we put this in a progress journal where you feedback progress to me regularly - I'll review the journal every 2-3 days and make adjustments, reviews and answer queries.

Thanks

James

I think this is a great idea. Definitely something i would use in the future. Once i've got my own diet nailed down and drop a couple of stone i'm sure it'll get harder to get good results - not just through lack of effort
Awesome pic, but Tony you're not doing yourself many favours posting up tips on preventing the gag reflex and then a picture of a guy touching his toes - Ak

Quick question I'm looking too drop some more bf before the end of the year and I've heard very good things about Healthy Action's services and I'm just wondering what is the difference between this and the 7day online nutrition service?

With this package, you complete the questionnaire, and I email you a plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle; I then offer full support through your Journal here for a month.

The seven-day package is done through email (and possibly phone) and you get 7 plans, ie Monday to Sunday.  Then you have follow ups via email.

Hi James, just finishing off my cycle and my thoughts are turning toward shedding the fat gained whilst on. I can bulk fine but i always seem to mess up my cutting diets and just seem to lose muscle hand over fist. Would it be possible to combine the two packages ie: a 7 day meal plan with the journal support as well, also i'd be looking for training advice.
