This idea is kinda stolen off bodybuilding.com but never mind, basically just post up a pic of the meal you are eating Just for fun really but might provoke some discucion on diet / nutrition, food choices etc I'll start Beef medallion with 3 eggs, all fried in olive oil

Were you a chef at any stage, you seem to inventive with food. I had some culinary training, but ive always had an advanced aptitude for things like cooking and other bits

chicken in a chow mein type sauce, with mushrooms, red peper and onion for the sauce sesame oil, olive oil, chilli, black pepper, garlic, freshly ground ginger, soy sauce and some chicken stock.

3 egg whites/1 whole egg with a slice of wholemeal toast and ketchup for breakfast. Batch of protein bar's baking in the oven right now, smells really nice.

Nah i'm not cutting, just maintaining at the moment really.. those meals have both been quite late at night so fairly low carb

Just had 2 large wholemeal rolls each with: 3 thick slices beef, 2 slices german salami, 1 sliced gherkin and french grain mustard, Wish I had that cheesecake though!!!!
