Postie just turned up this morning and delivered some goodies... I've been losing focus recently (exccept the legs night above) so ordered Jack3d... Just had 1 scoop and this stuff is awesome!! Just did a small full body work out in the flat but things I found tough where a breeze today. Really looking forward to trying this on Monday before chest and bi's.

Vascularity is coming through - you have bicep drinking straws! no fair You're carrying your remaining fat in exactly the same place I do, I'm starting to look quite skinny but still have those lower back/side flabble bags

Aye will be interesting to see what its like when im dehydrated & pumped (I was neither in the above photos) I know, 1hr SSCV 5 times a week, 60-90mins weights 4 times a week and HIIT afterwards when I have the energy... what else do I have to do to shift it!!!! If you find anything that works let me know!!!

CF - aye every now and again, not had much time to spend on here recently. The jack3d is good but doubt I will be buying a Pre-Work Out sup again as I dont feel the cost is worth the result... ok the pump is good but thats just a feeling. Hows your lean bulk been going? Stevenb - cheers mate... im getting there, slowly but surely... though patience isnt one of my strong points

Since sunday I've done 10.5hrs cardio (am and pm) and dropped from 82.3kg to 75.9kg... not a bad loss though a lot will be water. The best part is there is a very visible change from Satuday... good going for 5 days IMO The flip side... Im Tired Im Grumpy Im not sleeping Im bored of the sight of my toilet from pissing so much Im Hungry Im on enough caffeine to kill a horse Im nauseous ... whats new I hear you say Oh the things we do to complete a goal

Over and hour to do a 10min journey to get to the gym... after my week off it felt bloody awesome!! Carbs and Jack3d gave me such a pump!! Also just started a 30 day Tauro Test to make the most of the rebound from the SUC. Post workout drink is as follows - 25g Whey 2 O 10g L-Glut 10g BCAA 5g Creapure 12g Malto 12g Dextro 30g Vitargo Anyone any views on the above, just a trial to see how I get on for a week or two, should I change the carb mix perhaps?

Thanks Lou Cheers brutali, its going well. TBH its going to be hard to put it down to the Tauro due to the following - 1) Bulking rather than cutting for the first time in 12+ weeks 2) Rebound after switching 3) Changed my training routine 4) Tauro added to make the most of the rebound. Either way it'll be interesting to see the results by the new year

WTF: Im looking into posting a new journal mate, ive been training for about 2 years natural and managed to shift about 3 stone and bulked up/leaned up considerably to what i was, however looking to take it to a whole new level for next year. just wondered what supplement/drugs you took to loose the last bits of abdominal fat/love handles and get ripped up, or was it soley down to keeping food as clean as poss?

For the SUC, I used ECA/Clen/Dandelion Root and a few other bits, but honestly the best way to lose the last bit is to keep the diet super clean and then up the cardio... I didnt want to hear this either but its the truth. I also noticed that I hold a LOT of water round my mid section, all have which has returned since the shape up finished. brutali I know what you mean mate, it does seem a bit daft to spend good money on something and then not even really try to see if it makes a difference, I started my Tauro pretty much the same time i started my igf and ghg so really not sure which one is working???? I was of the same train of thought but then decided to just think that if I put on lean mass I'll be more than happy, next time I can try a different combo and see how that works.

Clen (Clenbuterol) http://www.muscletalk.co....rofile.aspx?memid=6526 isnt a steroid, basically it is used to increase metabolism the same as an ECA stack. As for diet for the most part I was careful of the carbs I ate, wholegrain over white etc etc. I also didnt eat any carbs after lunch time. IMO if you were losing muscle your protein intake wasnt high enough or your total kcal intake was too low. I was between 70kg and 83kg and always got at least 250g of protein every day. During the last week basically I only ate protein and some fats but still kept the protein even higher to balance our the heavy kcal deficit
