Trainings been going well, nothing much to update, diets gone off the rails last week, few takeaways, gonna have to try and keep it clean, want to keep the fat gain to a minimum

Stretching
Going through a stretching phase again, lower body mainly. Helps with the pumps to stretch off my lower back lightly a few times a day. Decent session today. Trained at a Bannatynes cos at my girlfriends for the weekend. Some posh kit compared to the rack and some old dumbbells I have on station.
Gonna try not to weigh myself for another week. Feeling quite bulky at the min! Ive lost a little definition but in good light I still looked ripped
