i.m starting to feel i havent really improved at all, been sick the last week or so and cut down on training

Im ready for a binge tbh

Out of the original 52 entrents I wonder how many will actual submit final photos

I reckon less then 10

Photos have to be posted up by the 2nd August at the latest! 

Its the last weekend, so don't blow it just yet everyone

Don't forget evidence of the date in your photos please!

Photos will be taken tomorrow, I feel guilty because looking back i feel I could have pushed myself more in the middle.  But fc*k it im happy with the results from 3 months ago, which I guess is all that counts!

My abs have appeared again as had my condition, despite being a stone heavier! Strength has sky rocketed and i feel like a new man again. Still, i think ill go with the old pics i took

Despite no really noticeable improvement in my eyes i'm still set to sortout my after photos but i've just had a chill thinking i have cocked up after reading in another shapeup thread that photos must be taken before the end, but can be posted by this sunday.

Have i got that right? I thought that photos could be taken and posted by Sunday?

That post makes it clear the the photos can be posted up by August 2nd, but could a mod please clarify that the photos do not have to have been taken by the end of the 27th.

Just write the date on a bit of paper.  Most people did that for the start.

I know it is hard to forge the date on a bit of paper but if you just do for a couple of days ago I doubt you will get busted.

I haven't taken my final Photos....they will be on Friday with Fridays date on....

No updates really, apart from the fact that I can't find my tape-measure, extremly annoying, guess I'll have to steal someone elses

What is all this confooooooosion going on in here?  

At the beginning of the comp you were allowed to submit photos that had been taken a week or two before the start date.  In the same way, you can submit a photo that has been taken in the week after the end date. 

As the end date was Mon 27th we can't possibly expect everyone to get their photos taken and loaded up on that day! This weeks 'grace' period is to allow members some time to get their pictures sorted and for those that might be on holiday.

So to clarify - photos taken this week are fine and will be accepted.  One of the photos must have the date in it.

After midnight on Sunday 2nd August - no more photos will be accepted. We will then create the voting thread(s) - we may do 2, this depends on how many members have gone the distance and submitted after photos! 

Please bear with us, as will take a little bit of time to get the voting thread(s) created, there is quite a bit of work in resizing the photos so there can be a good comparison of the before and after pics side by side.  I've already started doing some, but obviously I cannot anticipate how many after pics will come flooding in at the last minute!

Time filter (bottom of page) defaults to 30 days, you need to change this!

Fi is there a best way to take the final pics in a bid too make your life easier
for example if you narrowing it down to 1 before and one after pic,or do you want full length or just waist up etc
whats easy for you,im just thinking about when you have to crop and paste them all at the end
