I did use clen (and t3). Found I held less water and lost more fat whilst on. Used 120mcg ED. I'd use it myself, liked it.

How did you dose it? I mean when did you take the tabs, all at once spaced out? (i've only started researching it so my knowledge is minimal)

Cheers - folks - back now 17lbs fooking heavier LOL

Got a foto shoot for a magazine (womens one on steroids) in a couple of weeks - dunno whether to keep bulking with my heavier bulky look or drop the water and looks more cut? Its mostly just water as its only 10 days of food in me and i'd drop 8-10lbs in 10 days if I cut the carbs again.

Opinions?
