Changing Implants?????

Hi Girls,
 
A quick question from my better half who competes in bodyfitness.......she currently has under the muscle implants but is starting to find they are being flattened out by her pecs now as they are growing. She is thinking of having these removed and replaced with over the muscle ones slightly bigger. Has anyone any experience of this or know of anyone who has??
 
Pain?, rest period?...if its an easy op etc? Also she would like to know where everybody else got there boobs done as she is looking for a surgeon to do this.

Same as any normal implant.  They'd cut the same area again (and thus same scaring) pop out the implant, pop the new bigger one back in over the top (can look more fake - maybe could do partial under/partial over?) and sew or stapple her back up.

As with any boob job, 7-14 days rest is good.
