raw eggs...and nesquik
-
27 July 2009 21:14
I've started adding 3 raw eggs into my (unflavoured) whey shake with nesquick as a flavouring. Is it safe to be doing this reguraly (they are lion stamped eggs) I sometimes have 3 of these a day...is nesquick a reccommended flavouring of is it too high in sugar?? cheers

there is a risk of salmonella when consuming raw eggs your body will also get more protein from cooked eggs why not just eat a decent meal. or at least a decent home made MRP

Doesn't sound to appetising!!!! Loz (as I have said a few times this week!!) is once again correct. You don't need to really do this as a meal/snack when you could have a better meal and also get more nourishment out of it.

I's rather scramble the 3 eggs and have a shake. Why not buy chocolate whey instead of adding nesquick to unflavoured whey?
