I've bunged some in with a load of chicken, chopped tomoatoes, onions and peppers, tasted ok, couldn't really taste much reggae reggae sauce though. Any ideas folks?

I cooked two large Chicken Breasts on the George and cut them up, mixed it with two tins of tuna, a load of Wholewheat Pasta and a jar of Levi Roots' finest sauce.... Split it into two bowls - Yum

Roast it depending on your oven for about an hour. Lush with greens and rice of your choice.
