Hi Folks,

Anyone got anygood recipes using this?

I've bunged some in with a load of chicken, chopped tomoatoes, onions and peppers, tasted ok, couldn't really taste much reggae reggae sauce though.

Any ideas folks?

I marinade chicken in reggae sauce with lemon juice and a bit of worcester sauce. And obviously use it as a sauce aswell lol. Nice and spicy.

I cooked two large Chicken Breasts on the George and cut them up, mixed it with two tins of tuna, a load of Wholewheat Pasta and a jar of Levi Roots' finest sauce.... Split it into two bowls - Yum

I find it good on the side with any rice dish, once the rice starts getting a bit dull i start mixing in a little of the RR sauce to pep it up again.

I do a lot of push ups and sit ups. And I drink plenty of milk.

Get a whole chicken, take the skin if you like, rub some reggae reggae sauce all over the chicken and inside, next put the chicken in a roasting tin and pour some sauce so have some left over in the tray which you can drizzle on to  he rice. Roast it depending on your oven for about an hour. Lush with greens and rice of your choice.
