Hi TIO

I only used 3 eggs which looked a little dry when mixed. Should i go for 5 next time then? Whole eggs?

yes.

if you tamper with the ingredient amounts then things are going to unpredictable.

If you take something away you need to add something back.

Whole eggs yes.

Most likely you put too much whet in it Daari. If you want it to be more brownie like, up the fat or sugar content, or both.

Also, those who are coming out dry, do you have fan Ovens per chance?

Yep, fan oven.  I'll adjust accordingly

anyone used chocolate whey rather than plain? Have a whole lot of chocolate whey I need to use up before I buy plain next time. Should I just take out say half of the cocoa powder and add a bit more fat?
