Looks like good ingredients, your going to try.

WHen I come off my cut, in 4 weeks im going to do the following.

1 wheatabix (maybe two)
1 banana
1 Vanilla CNP Pro MR (Meal Replacement)

Just blend them together with water.  Will take a few seconds to make.

Maybe just because im a lazy b*stard and cant be bothered cracking eggs etc

yeah i'm gonna give it ago i got the recipe off someone in the states but then they started arguing over whether i should use milk or water, but i'm gonna use millk as i don't really do dairy so the calcium will benefit me aswell plus i work shift so it's an easy quick way to get more calories in

Sounds like a good mix stolensocks. Let us know how it goes down. Hate drinking eggs but i think the peanutbutter will take the edge of it.
