Any good homemade weightgain shakes? - 01 September 2009 14:39
Ive had a browse through the recipes and the only weight gain drink i could find was a 4000 calorie one or something like that. Does anybody have any decent simple weightgain shakes they like to make?

20g whey protein powder (i use bulpowders.co.uk whey concentrate) 500ml whole milk, and 80g powdered oats
667cals, 37g protein, 74g carbs, 22g fat

I take one each day that is similar to itsdennis1234's.

I use 25g protein powder, 500ml water, around 80g of porridge oats and 1 banana for flavour. Works a treat!

Bulking & consuming 174grams of protein per day.

What is your daily protein intake?
