There`s one thing that always gets me with these threads about how much you can bench, squat, deadlift, etc,
What about the weight you are using compared to bodyweight?
A more realistic question would be -
Can you dumbbell bench press your own bodyweight or more?
And then give a list of options, eg, -20kg, -10kg, even, +10kg, +20kg, etc,
At the moment I am using a pair of 30kg dumbbells, so 24kg below BW in total.
