HRT and losing weight. - 23 September 2009 18:15
Hi just wanted some advise about HRT and what  women who train say about it.
I went on HRT about 12 mths ago because of the hot sweats, not sleeping , and most of all the mood swings. Being a Lorry driver I found I could not problem solve . ie map reading finding shop to shop . Going into Sheffield or York or Leeds or places that I had not been to before. I got panick attacks. HRT helped with all this but I am thinking of coming off. I feel this may put restrictions on me when trying to lose weight.
Just wondered what you thought.

I'd talk to your Doc before you come off. He might suggest a weaning stage rather than completely stopping.
