Which Routine Do You Prefer?

Mon: 30mins am unfueled cardio / Chest (5Hours after) Tues: REST Weds: 30mins am unfueled cardio / Legs/Bis (5Hours after) Thurs: REST Fri: 30mins am unfueled cardio / Delts/Tris (5Hours after) Sat: 30mins am unfueled cardio/ Back (10Hours after) Sun: 90mins 11 a side football OR Mon: Chest Tue: 45 mins Cardio Wed: Legs/Bis Thurs: REST Fri: Delts/Tris Sat: Back Sun: 90mins 11 a side football (cardio is sscv on stationary bike) Wanting to stay fit and keep the body fat down>

By the goals you have mentioned, clearly option one , as there are more cardio sessions in it.

Red Bull By the goals you have mentioned, clearly option one , as there are more cardio sessions in it. I was thinking this one mate, also get 2 rest days for gowth and recovery

Apologies for the layout of this post but my return key has just died, so i cant space the post. I would think doing 30 mins sscv mon -fri with the following would be better. Mon - legs shoulders (gives you time so your legs aint fcuked for footy) . wed - back biceps. Fri - chest & triceps. sat - sweet f'all

Fri - chest & triceps. sat - sweet f'all Red Bull thanks for that mate but My legs are fcuked after footy thats why i cant train them till wednesday, hopefully as the season goes on they get used to it so i can train them on tuesdays giving me sat off then maybe.

Option one seems more rational, option 2 has very little rest time and you have to take into account how physical football is and how it benefits both upper and lower body.

Id go with option 1 too mate, gives more rest and looks ok to me.

Cheers guys, thats what i've been doing only adding the cardio in the evenings on training days as just cant get up for am cardio as already up early (postman) well thats my excuse anyway Works out overall at 2hrs sscv during the week and 1hr 30mins of footy on weekend, should keep me ticking over and using the diet to add some lean mass. Thanks for your time lads.
