Hi all,

just bought 5lbs of chicken breast and some frozen veg, any ideas for a recipe that i can make in bulk for this week. Last week i had mince, veg and mash potato so dont relly want to have potato this week.

er, how about just chicken and veg ?

I bake 10 breasts and a few tablespoons of veg per tupperware box when I do this in bulk.

i would but there s not enough carbs in the veg, just to have those 2 things. Though for this week i did make pasta, with chicken and veg.

Can't beat marinated chicken. I use lemon juice, vinegar, salt and reggae sauce, proper nice.

Chicken, Veg and egg fried brown rice - mixed together with Nando's hot peri peri sauce then chuck on a plate - delicious

Chicken rice veg and then lob a tin of chopped tomatoes in it with the obligatory nandos hot sauce :D yum yum
