hi gals ,
basically my girlfriend has been getting really stuck into her training in the last 6 months or so,
quick profile,
started @ 10st5lb is now approx 9st 9lb ,
5ft5ins
24 y/o
bf. 17% (down from 25%)
she tagged along (more so dragged lol ) to a couple of bb comps with me this year and after each show fell more and more in love with the idea of one day being on stage her self competing in a physique catagory ,
her training has changed drastically and so have the improvements , but most important her attitude towards training and diet all for the better ,
i have been helping and getting help for her but basically she would like to hear some feed back from the real girls out there who take the big step onto stage who are her inspiration
heres the diet ;
7.30am 75gms oats 2 hard boiled eggs cup of coffee
10.am fruit and slender pro protein shake
12.30pm meat(steak or chicken) 100gms plus alot of veg
2.30 pm fruit and yogourt
4.00 pm meat + veg
6.00 train
7.00 protein shake
8.00 meat and veg fruit
10.00 small bowl of oats
all help /advice as to where she should start or sites etc to look up which are dedicate to this would be very much so appriciated ??
