do you know if the supplement krea-fem is any different to taking any other creatine product as this is suppose to be designed for us ladies?
 
has anyone tried this product previously?

I dont think there's anything special about this product, it's just pH balanced creatine with a couple of other bits marketed for women.

kerry, have you tried normal creatine?  i know a few women that use the regular ones with no problem, cant see you would get anything extra from this really
