Scallops and Curried noodles!

Hi all, I am new on here and have just started out. was 10st 7lb and have got to 11st after 1 month.
Is this any good to me. I am on a budget lol
Cheap snack from asda.
Frozen Scallops - £2
Curried Noodles - 9p
Fry 100g Scallops, (Half the bag), add to the curried noodles.
30.1g Protien, 5 mins to cook.
£1.04 per portion.
I am eating this after training (3 times a week) about hour after a sci max protien shake with whole milk (about 48g protien)

Well the scallops will have protein so ok from that point of view, but you'd be better off with a chicken portion or a decent steak with a marble of fat in it. A bag of white fish portions is only about £4 and you'd get at least 8-10 portions in it!
Nothing is worth more than this day...

Scallops taste like winkles to me. Now your gonna ask what winkles taste like. lol. Hard to describe, they taste like the sea but a bit fishier. Gaz
