Hey fellas
 
What food have Hefty calories in it? I'm not just talking about clean , just generally food rich in calories.
 
It's for a skinny lad trying to gain some weight, but not into weight training.

      I find nuts good. High in caloreis and full of healthy fats.

          I find a table spoon or 2 of e.v olive oil is a good thing to jack up the calories with minimal effort or cost... just do not go crazy with it, feasibly I think you can throw on 400-500 cals a day with that
