i have been researching human growth hormone pills/jabs for a bit now, just wanted your guys opinions if you have taken HGH and which one you took? how much etc?

At 19 theres simply no need for it mate, hgh`s usefull later in life for an extra edge when you have done a few cycles or getting on a bit.

No harm in learning about it, read about it and understand its uses for future refrence.

It's horrendous on a price/muscle anabolism ratio.

If you want to pay shed loads for little anabolic benefit then go for it.

i dont even need to look at that to know its a load of garbage and "the next best thing" sales pitch, gh is far to expensive to use for a bit lean mass, unless you,ve got very deep pockets you,d be massivley dissapointed with it imo.

HGH is injectable only. Even then, real injectable hgh yeilds only modest results

All these so-called natural HGH releasers are absolute gunk.

im not getting emotional at all, you asked what our opinions were i gave you mine, you didnt take it and thats fair enough but why bother asking,

and do you actually think that 30 days on these "magic pills" will work, if you do thne bigger fool you it takes months to see results from gh but yet these magic beans are soo much better than the actual product and you,l see results in that time frame,lol

and on the note of the big guy in the gym lol we all have/had those the what was big guy(when i started) in my gym knows litterally nothing about any PED but is happy to give out advice on the matter telling me what i should take, and im sure im not alone on that one either

I've got to agree with leerc! I used to try oral GH supplements. They don't make no difference to you, you'll see. Try the real McCoy if you must; but you won't get bulky with that either! GH is not for bulking up! I used the stuff from hygetropin.cn, 4 - 8 IU per day for a while and that made me really lean together with my nutrition. You don't really notice significant increase in strength either. I stacked it with Tren after a while, gosh that really made a difference. Solid gains, no fat and as strong as a bull :-) well, of course I assume that your diet/ training is perfect as without proper food, which I think makes almost 70%, you are not getting anywhere no matter what you take.

I like the bit where they say we recommend you take it for at least 3 months at a time!!! yeah I bet you do, people would have bought 3 boxes before they realise it doesnt work.
 
Still we all know this game is a constant learning curve, and we need to make mistakes ourselves sometimes in order to learn from them.

ya man you should def do more research next time before you just jumping in and ordering something not only are you opening yourself up to getting scammed but you gotta research the compounds and everything else that is contained in these magic pills and see if any of them are actually beneficial to your health plus at 19 you gotta be careful about what kind of supplements and other stuff you are putting into your body you got a long life in front of you and you don't wanna start popping pills that could have a negative effect on your health now or in the future because you have to remember that your body isn't fully developed yet and if you had properly done your research you would have known that and lastly just cuz some jacked dude at the gym said they are awesome doesnt really mean that they are. if some jacked dude at the gym said he got so jacked by jumping off a cliff would you run and jump off a cliff just to see if it worked? id hope not

Like he said theres not even good results and you can find something else that works and is safe to take 

At 19 you shouldnt need anyhelp you have all the growth in your body already wait till you hit over 30 and see what happens to your natural growth levels.
