Diet today; Meal 1 - Bowl of porridge with semi skimmed milk + 2 slices wholemeal toast Meal 2 - 2 whole meal wraps with tuna and salad meal 3 - 2 bananas used for milkshake Trained Meal 4 - Double scp Protein shake Meal 5 - Wholegrain pasta + 1 chicken breast in a creamy sauce. Training - Chest + Calves Flat Bench Press - 4 sets Decline Bench Press - 4 sets Dumbell press - 3 sets Flies - 3 sets Calve raises - 4 sets 10 min cardio

Hello, For you abs are getting the most out of them? I know the sort of look you are aiming for as i'm trying for the same style too lol. Some people say that to add that ripped look on the abs to add weights to them... just a suggestion. I do quite a bit of weighted ab work.

yeah i do weighted ab work mate. i use cables and a ball for one exercise i do. others i use medicine balls etc.

Late wake up today! not a very good day of eating. still its only 8oclock i could eat more yet. Meal 1 - Porridge + semi skimmed milk + 2 slices wholemeal toast Meal 2 - Tin of tuna in a whole meal wrap with salad Meal 3 - Double scoop shake + dextrose Meal 4 - Banana + fruit juice Meal 5 - LARGE portion of basmati rice with 2 chicken breasts seasoned. I know i missed out on veg today, i dont even know why! Train - Hamstrings / abs Stiff leg deadlifts - 4 sets Hamstring Curls - 4 sets Home ab workout shown on page 1

Pre work out shake + 2 oat cakes Train PWO Shake + Dextrose Quads + Abs Squats - 3 sets Leg Extensions - 4 sets abs where still aching from 2 days ago, i hit them hard. couldnt physically do any cardio after my legs, they where fuuuckkkeeeeddd!! lol -ASH-
