    When I first started out doing pull ups, i could hardly lift just body weight either, but sticking at em and adding weight has made just doing body weight pulls a breeze! try and get your self dipping belt, you'll soon notice a difference mate!
     
    The DL's have been at 200 since doing the SD cycle!
    Pb was 210 for 3 reps, but I like to get atleast 5 out on deads, so have been stuck at 200 for a bit now, will hopefully improve on that through this cycle though!


    Ive been doing pull ups for about 3/4 weeks and im up to 20kg assisted for 5/6 reps so not so bad, on sd/tren i should be shifting my own BW for reps im hoping. Dipping belt is for adding weight isnt it?

    Cool, yeah your deads will improve on cycle no doubt :D

      Ah that's good going then man! You've not been doing them long at all, and seem to progressing well :-)
       
      yeah, dipping belt is for adding weight. You'll soon build strength on pulls though mate. My training partner REALLY found them a problem, I mean, he HATED them LOL, and now he can get about 7 or 8 BW reps on his own.
       
      Real shame about the 11-test dude :-( but i cant take the sides... especially for another 5 weeks!
      The annoying thing is, I still have pretty much 2 bottle of the stuff!

        Yeah must look into a dipping belt if i need it, would be class adding weight and lifting your own BW, you would look so strong, like you do lol

        Yeah real shame about 11 test, feel bad for you, but dont get dis-hearted, sell the 11 test and maybe get something else in or enjoy your hdrol its a decent compound anyway :D

          Yeah I'll just run the Hdrol mate, I've still got 5 weeks left so should still see some good results without the 11-test.

                Day 7

                Well Ive had no 11-test today, and the anxiety / stimulant effects have stopped.
                Diet has not been ideal today, but certainly had enough cals! I went out for lunch, and me and the mrs ended up getting a chinese for tea as well - OOPS!
                Will be back on track for this week with the diet.

                Should get a natural nights sleep tonight, and will be training shoulders and abs tomorrow night.

                    Last night was the first night that I got a natural nights sleep! although today I have felt lethargic and de-motivated. maybe it is a "come down" from the 11-oxo ??

                    Agression is definately up a bit, just hope I can make use of it at the gym tonight!

                    Will be training shoulders/abs tonight.

                      That could be the hdrol - it had that effect on me in week 2 when i bumped it up to 75mg.

                      Im just starting week 4 of 6  - gained 12 lbs so far, got to love the hdrol.

                        Dannat - Yeah it could be the Hdrol, but I stopped taking the 11-oxo on Sunday and I am thinking it may be a result of that? But your right, SD made me feel lethergic in the first week too.
                         
                        So you were bulking on Hdrol then? 12lbs is pretty good man! I am going for a recomp effect, so am just over maintenence cals.

                          Tonight was Shoulders and Abs.

                          Was feeling very tired and sluggish today, but here is what I did.

                          Military Press - Set 1 = 65kg 5 reps (struggle) / Set 2 = 60kg 6 reps

                          not impressed with this at all, as I normally get 5-6 reps with 65kg when I'm "off"

                          Machine Shoulder press - Set 1 = 75kg Each side (full stack) 8 reps
                                                                     Set 2 = 75kg Each side 7 reps

                          I felt a little stronger on this one.

                          DB Front Raise - Set 1 = 14kg DB's 12 reps / Set 2 14kg DB's 12 reps

                          DB Side Latterals - Set 1 = 14kg DB's 12 reps / Set 2 = 14kg DB's 12 reps

                          DB Bent Over Rear Delts - Set 1 = 10kg 12 reps / Set 2 = 10kg DB's 12 reps

                          DB Shrugs - Set 1 = 46kg DB's - 14 reps / 48kg DB's = 10 reps

                          Upright Row - Set 1 = 40kg 12 reps / Set 2 = 42.5kg = 10 reps

                          Abs - Decline crunches and leg raises


                          Strange how I felt stronger on machine press and weaker on military press?
                          I am going back to DB shoulder presses next week anyway, as I dont really like the MP, dont feel as if I can push as much weight out without feeling like I am gonna fall backwards.

                          Diet has been spot on today, plenty of fruit and veg and obviously lots of protein lol.

                          I now have a tape measure, so will post up measurements tomorrow as I really can't be arsed tonight!

                            Nice session mate. Measurements woo! lol

                            I used to do bb press or dbell for shoulders now i do both, i thought it would be too tough doing both as they are both tough at heavy poundages but im liking it.

                            I start from a light weight and work my way up with bb press, then work from heaviest - lightest after bb by doing dbell presses, works well.

                              Yeah I used to do that actually, but recently I've been doing a couple of sets of either BB or DB press, then a couple of sets on the machine press.
                              Def gonna stick to DB press though, I find it a lot better.

                                Day 9

                                LEGS

                                Squats -
                                Set 1 = 160 x 10 reps / Set 2 = 170kg x 6 reps

                                Stiff Legged Deads - Set 1 = 140 x 10 reps / Set 2  = 150kg x 7 reps

                                Leg Press - Set 1 = 300kg x 14 reps / Set 2 = 300kg x 14 reps

                                Seated Calf rasie (on the leg press) - Set 1 = 250kg x reps / Set 2 = 270kg x 17 reps

                                Standing Calf Raise (on the smith machine) - Set 1 = 100kg x 18 reps / Set 2 120kg x 12 reps

                                Leg Extension - Set 1 = 95kg (full stack) x  16 reps / Set 2 = 95kg x 16 reps

                                A good session tonight... better than last week by far, although last week I'd hardly slept and felt really cr*p so that is no surprise!

                                Back to the heavy weight on squats, I'm itching to get to 180kg on squats and i WILL do it on this cycle!!
                                I also felt some slight back pumps on SLDL, it was this particular exercise which set them off when I was on SD, so will have to go steady on it.

                                Felt pretty lethargic again today, I'm sure will calm down a little soon, and with me stopping the 11-oxo I think is giving me a bit of a come down.

                                I would normally have tomorrow off the gym, or do cardio, but I am off out on bonfire night (Thurs) so will be training chest and tri's tomorrow night instead.

                                  I will post final measurements when I've finishded the cycle, so hopefully will have added some size by then.

                                    Still feeling tired through the day, but nothing a coffee doesnt fix!

                                    Tonight was Chest and Tri's, this is what I did.

                                    Incline BB press - Set 1 = 80kg 10 reps / Set 2 = 85kg 6 reps

                                    Flat DB Press - Set 1 = 38kg DB's = 8 reps / Set 2 = 38kg DB's 9 reps

                                    Decline BB Press - Set 1 = 90kg 8 reps / Set 2 = 90kg 8 reps

                                    Cable Flies - Set 1 = 15kg E/S 15 reps / Set 2 = 15kg E/S 15 reps

                                    Cable Push Downs - Set 1 = 42kg 15 reps / Set 2 = 49kg 9 reps

                                    Tricep Dips - Set 1 = 18 reps / Set 2 = 16 reps

                                    Good workout, was really pumped in the gym as well! Chest and arms looked HUGE... so was loving that lol.

                                    Had a weigh in tonight as well, I'm coming in at 14.13 stone, so a couple of pounds on, which is what I expected really esp with the glycogen increase.

                                    Still at maintenece cals as well, so will keep everything the same as seems to be working well.

                                    Will do a bit of cardio tomorrow night, prob a 20 min run on the treadmill will suffice! And will have a big back session on Friday, and I'm also gonna do a light chest session on sat morning followed by some cardio.

                                        12lbs increase and looking leaner! That is great dude, and a very successful cycle considering you still have a week and half left.
                                         
                                        How many cals have you been having approximately each day?
                                         
                                        Regarding strength increases, i agree thay are very subtle, but considering I am only in week 2, I am noticing a slight increase simliar to you - A few extra reps top end - which is great so early on.
                                         
                                        Had a weigh in last night mate, and I'm 14.13, so that is a couple of lbs from when I started.
                                        I am not bulking though, I am recomping, so I am sticking at around mainenence cals as I'm hoping for a drop in BF and an increase in lean mass.
                                         
                                        If I can gain about 6 - 7 lbs muscle, and drop 2 % bf, I will be a happy man.
                                        Then I can do another bulk in the new year either with dbol/test cycle, or possiblt another DS like SD/Tren or M1t.
