Not a fan of Keto dieting myself for the main, but I'll bump this for the others who are!

I'm not much good at creating a diet plan but I'll give you some tips on what I think works for me.
You should intake most calories from fat. Cutting carbs was easy enough but it took me a while to cut back on the protein - I tended to replace the carbs by protein and a little extra fat. Use of a keto stix may help you, I'm usually in above the 0.8g/L category.
Protein shakes are made with water and/or single/double cream and water.
My main ingredients are meat, eggs, cheese with broccoli, sprouts and cauliflower for veg.
I'm doing more cardio, usually at least 30 minutes (130-140ish bpm) per gym session.
You'll also need a calorie deficit.
Perhaps now someone else will reply and debunk my suggestions :)
