All the major OTC options are covered in great detail in this article here, written by Firest0rm who is probably one of the most knowledgable MT members on the subject:
Over the Counter Post Cycle Therapy In terms or SERM vs. OTC.....I think Hdrol is relatively mild, and out of all those you could want to do an OTC PCT on, that'd be a good choice.
Lots of logs on the US forums from those just running OTC PCT, I'd have a flick through those and see how it went for them before making a PCT decision.
This is also worth a read - it's a VERY interesting thread on no PCT vs. OTC vs. SERM:
http://www.muscletalk.c...T-with-Epi-m3051970.aspx Cycle Assist will more than cover you for on cycle support as it includes:
- Milk Thistle (liver)
- Hawthorne Berry (blood pressure)
- Saw Palmetto (prostate)
However I'd also advice avoiding alcohol whilst on cycle as your liver will be under stress already from the methylated Hdrol - and drink LOTS of water, imo 3-4 litres a day. This is a nice, simple step to make the cycle safer :)
