Anyone know if there is anything wrong with taking them at the same time?
 
Cant seem to find any info on the subject.

    nah its ok if you take it at the same time , as long as you take them at certain times not both at once pal

            cool, thanks for the replies. Ive been taking the creatine an hour or 2 after the eph (when its kicked in etc).

                I see no reason for not taking creatine with EPH as long as your taking in plenty of water????
