Sdrol for first ever cycle?

I've been training about 3 years, stats are 6'1, 185lb, 18% bf.
I'm thinking of doing a superdrol cycle but have never done anything before. I was thinking of following the example cycle on here but with just 10mg for the first week.
Is it vital to do the supplement stack load prior to the cycle? Would the Anabolic Xtreme Perfect Cycle be ok for the supplement stack or how about Cycle Assist? I don't have any source for a SERM so would only be using the rebound XT for PCT, as recommended in the example.
 
How long after the cycle should I stay off alcohol? Can you have it during PCT or wait for the full 6 weeks? Can you have alcohol during the load period? I want to do this properly so if alcohol is a definite no for 6 weeks plus load period I will adhere to it!

It is very recomended to have a SERM for Superdrol, you could get away with not having one for something like Epi or Hdrol but not Sdrol

I didn't use any suplement stack when I did my cycle (see link in sig) I did have milk thistle but never used it...felt fine.

everyone is different though so if you want the extra peice of mind then it's not gonna hurt to run it is it

I drank a couple of times on my cycle....only one heavy session for a mates birthday, felt rotten the day after

Its up to you mate, i done SD for my second cycle and its superb stuff. I would always recommend a serm especailly for SD as its far stronger than epi/hdrol as awg states.

I used 1g Milk thistle and Red yeast + Coq10 from Myprotein, everything went fine.

20mg 3weeks would a good cycle or go 10/20/20 if you wish.

Why have you decided to run SD instead of a milder compound as your first cycle, is their any reason, just wondering mate?

Just cause I read about the great results everyone gets. And I don't want something that I need to run for more than 3 weeks to get results off my first cycle.

Also I read that it wasn't harsh on sides like hairline and gyno. I'm 31 y/o and don't have any signs of MPB, my uncle on my mum's side still has all his hair, he's 63 and my father still has quite a lot at 73 y/o. Is it unlikely I will see any hair loss?

Would you recommend something milder? What could I use that has mild sides and isn't a long cycle?

Go with SD, I wouldn't waste my time with the lower strength DS's myself....of course thats just me

People get good results off most DS, SD is prob the best for mass and strength. I nearly got gyno on it but i used nolva @ 20mg daily to stop it. You could still suffer from hairloss but i think due to your family not having MPB then you could be fine, but cant say for sure of course.

All other cycles of diff steriods would be over 3 weeks, eg epi and hdrol usually run for 5/6 weeks. PP can be run from 4-6weeks or so. 3 weeks goes very quick, while epi/hdrol wouldnt reap as good as gains as SD for most, being on cycle for longer makes me feel better anyway as i said 3 weeks will fly, up to you mate.

I would maybe go for a 6 week epi or something so you can get the cycle experience, then do SD as your second cycle, if you wanna do SD first go for it, the better your routine, diet the better the results, you wont get good results if both are shi*.

Not a waste mate eg a epi cycle @ 6 weeks would reap good gains, if everything is in place.

i ran SD as my first DS cycle, and i dint run a serm either for pct.. just rebound xt, this was the original Superdrol tho..
i was fine. i did have all the ancilklaries on hand tho.
however i just ran an SD. tren x kickstart for my recent test cycle and dint run any ancillaries other than hawthorne berry and felt fine..

I would caution you very strongly against taking superdrol at all given your current stats. Even if you were to take a prohormone there are many milder options out there - h-drol, cynostane, protodrol, furazsdrol, epistane etc.

Truthfully though I would skip taking any prohormone and look at testosterone boosters for building muscle mass as I do not feel your current stats justify taking prohormones.

Training wise I'm doing push/pull/legs+shoulders

Mon:

Flat db bench
incline db bench
dips
skulls
tricep pushdowns

Weds:

Pullups
Single arm db rows
lat pulldown
shrugs
curls

Fri:

db shoulder press
squats
SLDL
lateral raises

Diet wise it's something like this:

1. 50g oats, 50g whey
2. 1 tin tuna, salad, 4 w/m bread or 100g w/m pasta, mayo, banana
3. 1 tin tuna, 100 w/m pasta OR 50g oats, 50g whey
4. PWO 50g whey
5. chicken breast, veg, basmati rice OR lean mince, veg, 2 yolks, 5 whites, basmati rice.
6. 1 tin of mackerel or 200g cottage cheese with pineapple.

Im no expert on diet or routines so i suggest you post them in the relevant sections as i wouldnt be much help lol

I thought someone may comment about my stats and I am open to this sort of advice too. Do test boosters really work? Which one do you recommend? What kind of stats should I be looking at before considering DS?

I was around your weight when i started so im not one to critisize but hard to pick out numbers but i think around the 200lb mark at a decent bf% would be a fine time to start. I would just use when you feel your ready too, in the end its up to you.

Test boosters work, a good one is cissus drol, it gets good reviews.

Out of interest why exactly would it be unadvisable to start a cycle with my stats? would it not produce the desired results? Would the side effects be harder?

I hear people saying the crash is hard on sd and makes them feel like crap... how exactly does it make you feel and how long does it last?

Its just you could gain alot more naturally thats why pred is saying bulk up abit more.

I could give you a link to my epi and SD reviews, ill try and find them now and post them up.

I felt fine on SD throughout the cycle.

OK there's no doubt I could gain more muscle than I have naturally, but obviously it will take a lot longer and I don't intend to make steriods an ongoing thing, just kind of want to get my strength up and see some good gains quickly to motivate me more for when I go back to doing it naturally!

Daft question but once you've done steriods once you can still go back and make more gains naturally right?

Yeah you can still make gains naturally after, whether steriod usage affects how good you gain naturally after usage of steriods im not sure.

OK I've found a source for Nolva and Clom now but it's in liquid form - LiquiNolva/LiquiClom. Are you supposed to inject this like with real steriods? I didn't know PCT came in liquid form..

Neither did I.

No, liwuid nolva if you can rely on the manufacturing process is meant to be absorbed orally so drink away.
