swapping days for 1 week - 22 October 2009 09:31
its my birthday this week so my family have arranged some do's one yesterday and 1 tonite which i usually go to the gym on wednesdays and thursdays  so is it okay to do what id do on a wednesday n thursday on friday and saturday instead???

Yes it's fine.

It's your birthday, don't worry too much about your training / diet and enjoy yourself for a few days. It only comes round once a year.

Get back training hard once your birthday celebrations are over :)

Haha, I turned 21 last month and I feel quite old now! I wouldn't say it's all downhill though mate, we're still in our prime! :D
