help with first time injecshon - 25 October 2009 23:45

i am having A problam and in nead of some hellp i have just tried my first shot in the THIGH and aspirated and got blood so oveasly i pulled out and TRIED agen and aspirated and got a big air bubble and wen pulling out it sucked up blood oveasly i didn't inject what am i doing rong
i have attempted it on meany times now and i all was seem to get blood wen i aspirate or i get both blood and air bubbles some times big bubbles some times small i am using a size 1" needle
how will i no if the blood in the syringe is still ok to inject or not as i all was get blood wen aspirating

and how hard do u aspirate as i can not work out haw far/hard to pull the plunger

You shouldn't be drawing blood everytime you aspirate,have you tried injecting a different a site?

ps ye i have been told to inject in the the ass as ther is les blood vesles exetra so shudant get blood at all ones in the rite plse wen asparating is this true as every injecshon site i have triyed i just get blood but it all so feals as if i had hit muscle

i am using a 1" blue cap's as ther the only ones i can seem to get at min lol i am terified of nedles as well so can imadon my disapontmant wen i finaly got the balls up to sticking my self and geting blood every time lol neadlas to say i got over the fear now i tryed that meany times lol if any one has a proper pic of a glute injecshon be mutch apreseated as all i can fined are the drown pics witch dont raily help me at allall ps sorry for spelling my spell thing stop working for some reson

ye thats what i was thinking as i do just seem to pull till sumert dus or dusant hapon if i post a pick of the spot on the thght whear i am trying to inject will u bee aboul to say wether it rite spot or not

I'm dyslexic aswell and don't seem to have any trouble spelling injection, It wasn't a jibe and i don't intend to turn your thread into a flame war.

For your sake i hope you are dyslexic because if your not....... how to put it delicately? Basically your to stupid to be even considering taking steroids.

from that pic it looks like your pushing your bicep out with your arm to make it appear bigger .
not a dig at your spelling but it does make it hard to read , if you download google chrome its faster than explorer and has a automatic spell checker to will help you out a little .

how much experince do you have inlifting as you dont look like you have been training for that long , and if you have been training a while youe diet defo needs looking at , head over to the diets section they will sort you out .
what supp's are you taking weight gain ect ?
and what are your daily macro's ?
protein ?
carbs ?
cals ?
fats ?

as for the injection side of things try www.spotinjection.com a very good guide on there will give you plenty of placed to jab.and try watching some vids on youtube and this will give you a ideaon how to jab correctly .
you would be better of with 1.25 blues but you have a low bf% so you will get away with the 1'' blue pins you have .

may of already stated it but what cycle are you running ? and have you got a pct planned at all ?

man ask one of the mods to find my journal i had as i cant find it for u . it was when i was mrx eire. have a look and see what i achieved in 8 months with a good diet .at your age you will prob gain more than me. What is it your taking and what age are you . by the looks of your pics you need abit more training done before you take gear . get a year behind you then start juicing man
