maximuscle are wank IMO. look into protein bars/flapjacks and RTD's add a casein shake to the end of your day try preparing more than one meal at once as well, like make a big chicken salad pasta that you can put into afew tuppawear boxes n leave in the fridge through out the week. then just take one a day with you. take shake powder to work with you and a piece of fruit, then you can have a decent breakie at home, mid morning and lunch at work. take your pre work out stuff too n have it as you leave work, go to the gym then have your post work out n dinner at home. easy

Most guys who eat a lot take the time to prep in advance, put it in cool bags to carry around, in the fridge etc if you havent got the time then its about prioritisation and how important is this to you. Sorry but I am someone who has very little time for the I have no time argument - there are very few people who have no time There are people who work 13hr, 16hr shifts etc who make the time - and people who work 8hr days who say they are too busy - the difference is what these people decide is important!
