Anxiety / insomnia on a Hdrol/11-Test stack - PLease help!!

Now then guys,
 
Just started the above stack yesterday, and I'm having issues.
 
I took 75 mg Hdrol - 2 in the morning, and 1 around tea time.
 
I took 600mg 11-test - 2 in the morning, 2 in afternoon, 2 at tea time.
 
Last night I didnt sleep a wink, and have felt extremely anxious throughout.
I have not been able to go to work, and even now I cannot sleep and my heart is racing.
 
I also had a nose bleed this morning which is extremely uncommon for me.
 
I'm worried, and I have booked in to see the doc this morning, as I will need something for my sleep/anxiety....
Do I  tell him what I am taking? I wasn't going to, but what do you think?

No it's my second cycle mate. Did a SD cycle couple of months back.
I did have some sleep probs with SD towrds the end of the cycle, but only when I upped the dosage to 30mg.

I'm not the best sleeper to be honest, but never had anxiety issues like I have last night/this morning.

I reckon symptoms will subside once it gets into my system properly, but I'm gonna need some meds for my sleep/anxiety as I can't carry like this.

OK, been to docs, he has given me Propanolol - which is a beta blocker - and Zlopicone for my insomnia.

I know it is not ideal to be taken all this stuff whils on cycle, but I've never suffered with anxiety like this before, and anything is worth not feeling like that.

I am gonna keep on my cycle and see how I go, as I firmly beleive that once it is in my system I will be fine.

I take it you didnt mention the cycle then mate? im on a similar'ish cycle and experiencing very mild anxiety type feeling around training and didnt know what to put it down to, is this a common 'side' whilst on cycle guys?

No didn't mention the cycle dude.... I considered it but he would have just said "stop taking them" I reckon lol.

Anxiety is a side effect which can be caused by steroids... just effects ppl in different ways I think.

I also get anxiety before training... always have, and speaking to other ppl at my gym, it seems quite a common thing.
What I had last night/this morning scared me though... the beta blocker has sorted me out now thank god!!

i've not run hd and 11-test before but at the end of 2weeks on x-mass i started having real problems staying asleep.  my body got into the habit of waking up 3times to piss even when i didn't need to (just muscle memory/messed up bodyclock)... after another week n a bit i was pulling my hair out, waking up with so much anxiety i couldn't sleep.  bp was fine and no nosebleeds tho!

anyway, 2nights running i had 1/2 bottle of redwine and 30mg diazepan and the following night i was asleep like a baby.  since then i have had to wake up to pee but not like before.

i think breaking the habit was the key to my success.

I think you're right with breaking the habbit, interupted sleep is a pain, and leaves you tired all the next day!

It's wiered you mention the alcholhol, I was soooo tempted to down a few beers after hours of trying to sleep to no avail! lol

I think these will sort me out, and the beta blockers have stopped the anxiety too.

The guys at Black China Labs have been on hand, and 11-test (11-oxo) needs to get in to my system, and the insomnia is a common problem with the sudden rise in androgenic adrenals... I will lower dosage and should be ok once it is in my system.
