Bent over laterals - 27 October 2009 13:45
Should these be done fully face down (and back horizontal) or can they be done upto say 45deg incline face down?

Whats the benifits of either or anywhere in between?

Cheers

I do mine at about 45degrees or so, not sure if there are any differences, that just feels most comfortable for me

I feel closer to horizontal position helps target the posterior more than 45degree angle position
