Bent over laterals

Should these be done fully face down (and back horizontal) or can they be done upto say 45deg incline face down? Whats the benifits of either or anywhere in between? Cheers Rodger

I do mine at about 45degrees or so, not sure if there are any differences, that just feels most comfortable for me

I feel closer to horizontal position helps target the posterior more than 45degree angle position

I did BB rows yesterday and feel it in my upper back and traps but not my lats, any idea where I was going wrong?
