Primary Foods 27 October 2009 22:09 (permalink)
Hi All

I am trying to get my diet in check to aid a bulking cycle. My Primary foods i eat each day is 1% milk, Oats or Shreddies, Wholemeal bread, Tuna, Chicken, Wholemeal pasta or Brown Rice, Bananas, Apples, plums and whey protein. On top of this i will add veg, sauces and every now and then beef, either steak or lean mince, and the odd cheat meal at the w.end.

Does this look reasonable to make the bulk of my diet with? I see some people dont think drinking too much milk is a good idea, but to me the low fat type is a great extra source of protein and calcium and proberbly get through 3 pints a day? Is their other foods i should look to add to this list
