ACCUTANE ADVICE?

awryt guys,
just lookin for sum advice i have just about finished a course of accutane. i am now planning on starting an a.a.s ( teste n dbol) cycle in a couple of months.
do u think acne will return?
iv heard a should run accutane at a low dossage say 10mg a day to help fight it off, what do u guys think?
any help would be greatly appreciated. cheers
