i absolutely adore porridge, and at the min im haveing 100g oats with about 200ml semi skimmed milk and adding a tablespoon or 2 of jam. i know tons of people have eggs for breakfast but could i have porridge most days for breakfast? whats the best i can do with it, i.e protein content? ive heard of people adding whey? and mixing with water and milk not just milk? is so how do i do this? do i add the whey water and milk all before microwaving or after or what? thanks :)

Maybe have a whey shake and then your porridge a bit later. Porridge should not be messed with in my opinion

Skip Lacour swears by whey in oats - personally thats okay as long as its unflavoured whey!
