Bit confused, you say you're at Uni but then you're asking for meal ideas while in town for work?

People often work at the same time as going to uni.

Preparing your grub the night before is the key.

Maybe means uni work, not 'real' job work

So, anything that can go in a tub and can be eaten without heating, pasta and rice dishes in the main, with chicken or tuna. Loads of recipes on here for that kind of thing.

He could have explained it better

when I'm at work or at the Uni Library on Campus I usually eat

100g of Pasta
Tin of Tuna
Vegtables
Extra Light Mayo

Or Rice and Chicken

just easy to cook and goes down well enough

I dont mean to be rude AWG but whenever i see some of your posts they always seem to come over a little aggressive lol. Maybe its just me..but are you generally a wound up person or quite laid back?

To the OP, as others have said..pasta dishes, tuna dishes, cold chicken fillet with salad in a tub, etc....

Butchers = Chicken in bulk!

Marinate over night, wake up in the morning, do your chicken and then add some rice. Easy and quick and amazing!

I'm currently addicted to nando's peri peri marinade from sainsburys!

I thought it was just coipus amounts of alcohol for diet, and plenty of s*x for cardio workout?

What has Uni come to nowadays

Why not just try basics, that wont break the bank

Wholemeal bread/Brown Rice/Potatoes
Tuna/Chicken/Salmon/Eggs
Broccoli/Sprouts
Olive Oil
