Alright wanna keep my milk intake to a low as i beileve it affects my skin, anyideas on decent shake build ups without it? - This is a typical shake to have at the house Thanks !

use the search function mate and modify your shake to use water instead of milk maybe

Yes try a different type of milk maybe? As suggested soy or what about rice milk?

can you use quark ? perhaps lactose free quark ? My shake is quark and milled oats in water. Perhaps choc casein and flaxoil added depending on calories needed.
