    Hello mate,

I'm not sure how much experience you've got in bodybuilding but a big mistake many beginners make is that they want a big chest and the abs but don't want to work any other part of their body.

If you only work your chest and forgot the key muscles such as your back you will screw up your body and i've seen it one to many times in the gym where peoples bodies are arches forward due to back neglection.

I know how tempting it is to just want to make the 'beach' muscles bigger  or shall we say the front muscles which when you look in the mirror look bigger but when you work on your back/legs the rest of your body will just start to grow.

Research that i've read discusses doing 3 back exercises to every one isolate chest exercise but i try and use every exercise as a compound.

Have a look at some of the 3 day splits and ensure you Incorporate legs into your workout.

Maybe a push/pull/legs workout? full body workout or if your more experienced then a split but if your a beginner i'd recommend the first.

    Hope this helps

As above but a decent chest day could look like

      Bench
      Incline bench
      dips
      flyes

Just adding to the above, but if you are not an experienced trainer I would recommend not oer doing it with set after set after set.

A lot of people overtrain chest when they're starting out, when reducing the volume would reap better rewards IMO.
