hi all,
 
just wondering if anyone has used this? (3rd thread down in the weight loss section)
it seems to imply that you can get ripped with just 45 mins of body weight excercise 3 times a week, seems very counter intuitive to everything ive learnt from this site so far but then it is on this site also so that gives me a glimer of hope!! lol.
 
so anyway whats the deal? hyped up rubbish/exageration like most the stuff on the net or genuinely good advice/material?

It is hyped sure, and too much US sales marketing which just doesn't cut it in the UK.  If they used a different sales technique in the UK, I'm sure they'd sell more.  Because the info in the eBook is actually ok.
