will my body get used to the extra calories? 30 October 2009 17:11 (permalink)
Over the last month have been upping my calories a lot, got back into training after a few months off and protein intake up a lot too, last 2 or 3 weeks had terrible wind, and been pretty much eating as soon as i can fit sometihng else down and can see the weight creeping up, over time will my body start getting used to the extra calories every day and (I'm guessing, apologies if its wrong) either use omore of the goodness im putting in, and cr@p and break wind less out?
