Hi mate. I am sure you have done no damage. It is a simple case of too much too soon. YOU need to start gradually, building your way up to more reps and sets. The first couple of weeks should really be nothing more than light exercises to get your body use to the beating. DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) will last a few days. Some stretching and a long warm bath might help a bit, bit remember to take it slow.

^ yep stretching and warm ups and warm downs will help alot with the doms. They should decrease quite quickly. Eat good too.
