A lot to ask - 01 November 2009 10:21
Has anyone got any recipes for a whole week along with a shopping list.

I know this is a lot to ask but i don't seem to have the time to do this and my diet is going wrong.

Maybe there is a book i could buy with all of this in?

Thanks.

depends on your goals. I tend to use weight watchers books that I get from me mother and just up the meat content.

I assume you have a goal... and therefore i think you need to put the home work in yourself, or you'll never achieve your goal.

Make every week count!!.. Train hard!! Diet harder!!

Never give up!!
