stackers while gaining

can stackers be used while on a gain?

Do you mean the "fat burner" Stackers?

if you do mean the fat burners stackers then i would say no. the whole "can you build msucle and lose fat at the same time" argument is still undecided. i personally think you can but it takes an incredible amount of factors to be perfect over a long period of time. it is possible but incredibly impractical and far slower than bulking and cutting. stackers are going to speed up your metabolism meaning you will burn more calories for energy. if your goal is to bulk up by taking a high calorie gainer then why would you take a supplement to burn away those vital calories? that is like making your lifes goal to build a house from wood and setting fire to it every day. you arent going to get anywhere. i personally would recommend doing a bulk for a few months then when you are happy with your size increases or it gets to summer, then start a cut using your stackers and a low calorie whey protein shake. its never nice when bulking and you see that fat layer getting worse but adding a fat burner will just hinder your progress. the best option is to find a good balance of carbs and protein that allow for a lean bulk so that at least you do not add more fat. then with the increase in muscle your bodyfat percentage will come down and make you look leaner.

Don't try to build muscle and lose fat at the same time - pick a goal and focus on that first.
